The winner of the challenge takes all cards used in the challenge and combines them with the asset pile, making a huge (and valuable) set of assets that they place on top of their pile. When you attempt to steal an asset from another player you place an asset matching the set you want to steal (or a wild) in front of the player you are challenging.

Cover Your Assets is a quick-to-learn, quick-to-play card game that does not, I repeat, does NOT have anything to do with sets or runs. There's a good deal of luck and a whole lot of stealing, but I suppose that's what it takes to become a millionaire, at least in this game. If the top card of the discard pile matches a card from your hand, you may take it and play the pair in your asset pile. Once the draw pile is empty, players continue taking turns until everyone has played all cards from their hands.
